With strong colours popping throughout the florals, styling and bridal looks, this is a super fun shoot to inspire, and help you see that a little rain on your wedding day doesn't have to stop play.

Summer Festival Vibes
Posted on 4th December, 2023
Wendy at Sapphire Styling Hair & Makeup, based in Lytchett Matravers, created a vibrant bridal colour palette, using a peachy orange on the eyes and coral on the lips to pop slightly more than the usual bridal looks and is perfect for this festival vibe.
Harri Leigh Design created a gorgeous suite of wedding stationery, including some beautiful tags for place cards - these look fantastic against the background of the serviette but could also be tied to favours, glasses or even chairs for something different.
The fabulous Julie of The English Garden Florist created a beautifully vibrant bouquet and matching flower crown for this shoot, using mixed roses, peonies and calla lilies to create a perfect floral festival feel. The alpacas didn't escape the floral transformation either and gained matching floral neckwear for the occasion.
Angela at Mon Bel Amour Cake Craft created a stunning 3 tier cake, featuring a patterned spacer to really add the wow factor. Angela excels at sugar flowers and as you can see, created gorgeous flowers and foliage to adorn the orange iced cake, and the colour block style pink really packs a punch.
3 beautiful dresses from Stephanie Frances Bridal appeared in this photoshoot, though understandably, only one ventured outside into the wet weather. Our favourite is definitely the one with pockets!
Gorgeous jewellery was supplied by iamrachel.co.uk to add a pop of colour for a more adventurous bride.
With fun and vibrant styling from Sam at The Little White Heart Co, this shoot really came together and we adore the use of the umbrellas as part of the decor - if you can't beat ‘em, join ’em!
All of the beautiful images above were captured and supplied to us by Katy Brothers Wedding Photography.
Thank you, Katy!

Ophelia - A Fine Art Editorial
Drawing inspiration from the art world, the nature of the Pre-Raphaelite movement was something that hugely appealed to my mission of romantic rebelliousness.
