We operate a strict ratio of supplier categories, and allow you to select your stand. For the best chance of joining us, in the stand you want, get booked in ASAP.
We offer affordable for all instalment plans and accept PayPal, BACS and Direct Debit payments.

At The Ultimate Wedding Show, we offer professionally installed Shell Scheme stands in a multitude of sizes. This helps visitors focus solely on you, your brand, and how you can deliver their dream wedding, rather than casting their eye onto the next stand.
Stands are all carpeted, include fascia board with your business name and stand number, and come with 2 spotlights fitted as standard.

You will need to hold valid Public Liability insurance to exhibit at any of our wedding shows.
We require a minimum of £1,000,000 public liability insurance cover, regardless of your profession.
Electricity (other than the spotlights included with your stand) is not included as standard at The Ultimate Wedding Show and costs an additional £95 + VAT but this can be spread over your payment plan.

Nearer the time, we will curate a mood board for each table and invite those who have been in contact to take part.

We've put together our pricing structure with a covid-recovery plan in mind, hence we've kept them as low as possible to achieve the best value for money so you can get back to business, getting the maximum exposure, for the best possible price.
£125 per square metre
That's all it costs to exhibit with us at the moment.
To help spread the costs for you, we offer low deposits, Direct Debit payment plans, accept PayPal and offer instalment options, whichever works best to keep your cash flowing.
WHO WILL BE THERE?
There is space for 127 stands at Bournemouth International Centre.
At Farnborough International Centre, there is space for 174.
However, unlike many wedding fairs, we stand firm and limit our exhibitors per category to 10% maximum of the total number of stands. Most categories won't reach that peak, but venue and photography spaces are always in high demand.
We ensure balance and strive for huge diversity amongst our exhibitors and aim to ensure different styles and price points rather than booking en masse.
We love marketing, because we get to shout about how great you are!
Our marketing is an extensive multichannel campaign. We advertise in directories, on social media, we have posters, leaflets, run competitions, we collaborate with influencers, we run printed ad campaigns, we email our subscribers, we blog the life out of our events (and encourage others to do the same), in short, we're everywhere.
If you're in the wedding industry, or getting married, you'll have to work very hard not to know about our events.
We anticipate 4,000 visitors at The Ultimate Wedding Show.
Each venue we have selected can easily accommodate this number without feeling too crowded so couples will want to stop and talk to make their booking.
We anticipate our visitors to be at all stages of their wedding planning journey, those newly engaged and looking for their dream venue, right through to those that are finalising their plans and looking for that extra something special that they might not yet have thought of.
At our Bournemouth event, you can expect couples from Dorset, and the surrounding counties. And at Farnborough, couples from Hampshire and the surrounding counties. See more on the maps
WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?
Unlike many large-scale wedding show organisers, our Director has worked as a wedding professional.
The experiences of exhibiting at wedding fairs gave her the drive to do it better. To make wedding exhibitions more engaging, more diverse, more informative, more affordable, more fun! But also, to make them less over-saturated by the same type of supplier, less overwhelming for the couples and less big cities for us all.

If you're a musician, we can offer you a great spot on our Performance Stage, always located in a spot where people would naturally gather (near the coffee), if you book a stand, you can also book a slot on the dedicated, and decorated stage.
This is hugely limited so book quickly to avoid disappointment.
This can also be added to your payment plan!
ON THE DAY SALES
Sell your hearts out! We absolutely encourage you to make sales on the day, there will be WiFi available so you may use your card readers and such to take deposits or payments of any kind.
Food and drink are the only exception to this as vendors are not permitted to make sales of this nature at BIC or FIC. You may offer samples, sized in accordance with the AEV guidelines.
