HOW DO I SIGN UP?
We strictly limit the number of exhibitors per category so you're welcome to check availability at a particular show before completing the paperwork.
We offer both a deposit, and a multiple booking scheme to help you maximise your budget.
1. Check availability for your category
2. Complete the form
3. Electronically return it to us
4. We invoice you for the deposit of your chosen show(s)
5. 8 weeks before the show, we invoice you for the remaining balance (each show fee is invoiced separately)
6. Before the Show, we'll send you set-up info, the floorplan and promote your business
7. You arrive, set up and have a great time making bookings and contacts!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHY AREN'T ALL OF YOUR VENUES 'WEDDINGY'
We hold our shows in a variety of locations but in each county, we utilise a community building (usually a school) as they're fabulously large spaces to accommodate our enormous shows and also, it allows us to do a bit of good in each county we visit - a little extra revenue for our schools can't be a bad thing, those eager young minds can always benefit from more resources to improve their learning experience.
DO I NEED INSURANCE TO EXHIBIT WITH THE WEDDING SCENE?
In a word, yes. As a minimum, you will need Public Liability insurance to exhibit with us.
If your business is not one that usually deals with the public, other than at a wedding fair, there are very reasonably priced policies available as trade show exhibitors. Markel Direct is excellent in this regard.

DO I NEED TO USE A TABLE WHEN EXHIBITING?
Absolutely not. Your stand is your space to market your business in the way you feel best.
Creating a visually interesting stand is key to building your bookings as it entices people to you. Then you can wow them with your sales pitch!

DO I NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR ELECTRICITY?
Nope, we just ask that you let us know on your booking form if you do need it.
We will craft the floorplan based on everyone's requirements so if there's something you need, please let us know in good time and we'll make sure you're in the right spot for your needs.

HOW DO THE DEPOSITS WORK?
To book your place at one of our shows, regardless of the stand price, we take a £50 deposit.
We invoice you for the deposit of each of your chosen wedding shows upon receipt of your booking form, if we have availability for your category.
As the show draws nearer, we will invoice you for the remaining balance. The invoice will be issued 8 weeks before the show, with the balance to be paid by 6 weeks before the show, at the very latest.
HOW DO I GET A DISCOUNT?
We all love a little discount - so how does 15% sound?
If you book 3 or more shows at once (booked by paying all deposits at once), you automatically receive a 15% discount on those shows.
When we invoice you for the final balance, you'll see that the discount has been applied to the total stand fee.
